DAVID LUNK
VP SUPPLY CHAIN - MANAGING PARTNER
David Lunk is a seasoned supply chain and operations executive with over four decades of experience in the oil & gas equipment and industrial manufacturing sectors. Currently serving as VP of Supply Chain and Managing Partner at Elevex LLC.
Previously, David spent 14 years at Summit ESP (Halliburton) as VP of Supply Chain, where he managed global sourcing strategies, vendor performance, inventory control, and cost-reduction initiatives to support major customer programs. His earlier roles include Director of Supply Chain at Wood Group ESP and a distinguished 28-year tenure at Baker Hughes, where he directed strategic sourcing, negotiated long-term supply agreements, and held leadership positions in manufacturing, regional operations, and global inventory management.
PERRY LIU
VP LOGISTICS, IT & TRADE COMPLIANCE - MANAGING PARTNER
Perry is a vereran logistics and supply chain leader with over 35 years of experience developing global strategies and delivering operational excellence across the consumer goods and oil and gas industries. His career reflects a deep commitment to reliability, compliance, and end‑to‑end operational resilience. He spent 14 years with Summit ESP, where he led international and domestic logistics and trade compliance functions in support of global sourcing and manufacturing operations. His earlier roles include Supply Chain Specialist at Wood Group ESP and Global Logistics Manager at IMAX Worldwide Imports. Prior to that, he built a long‑standing 17‑year career at Chandler Engineering, ultimately serving as a Director overseeing the company’s Asia business. Perry holds a Master of Science in Telecommunication from Oklahoma State University.
BILLY BARBEROUSSE
VP MARKETING & SALES - MANAGING PARTNER
Billy Barberousse is an accomplished executive with nearly 20 years of experience in the Electric Submersible Pump (ESP) industry, specializing in operations, sales, and manufacturing leadership. Currently serving as Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Elevex LLC, Billy drives business development across North America and helps oversee operations for a Panama-based manufacturing joint venture.
Previously, he held senior leadership roles at Summit ESP (Halliburton), including Director of North American Operations, and Director of Global Manufacturing, overseeing facilities in North America, China, and Canada.
Billy’s expertise spans manufacturing, sales strategy, marketing, business planning, and operational excellence, supported by a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Oklahoma State University.
MIKE GIORDANO
PRESIDENT PANAMA OPERATIONS- MANAGING PARTNER
Mike Giordano is a seasoned executive with over 25 years of experience in the oil and gas artificial-lift industry, specializing in ESP systems, manufacturing, and international business development. As President of Panama Operations and Managing Partner at Elevex LLC, Mike leads regional manufacturing and supply-chain initiatives, delivering high-quality ESP equipment across North and Latin America.
Previously, Mike held senior leadership roles at Halliburton’s Summit ESP, including Country Manager for Argentina and Canada, where he managed operations and commercial strategies across the Americas. His career also includes key positions at GE Oil & Gas and Wood Group ESP, where he directed international operations, supply-chain optimization, and customer engagement in markets such as Venezuela, Argentina, Canada, and the U.S.
Fluent in English and Spanish, Mike brings expertise in technical sales, operations leadership, supply-chain strategy, and manufacturing management, supported by a strong background in business leadership development.
JEFF FREY
VP ENGINEERING - MANAGING PARTNER
Jeff Frey is an accomplished engineering leader with over 18 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, specializing in electrical submersible pump (ESP) systems, motors, seals, and high-voltage applications. Jeff previously served as a Mechanical Engineering Discipline Manager at Summit ESP. Jeff oversaw engineering operations and innovation of ESP technology and drove reliability and performance improvements for critical artificial lift systems.
During his 11-year tenure at Summit ESP, Jeff progressed through key leadership roles, including Engineering Manager – Motors and Seals and Senior Engineer, where he led design and development initiatives for advanced ESP components. Prior to Summit ESP, Jeff spent nearly 8 years at Baker Hughes, contributing as Project Engineer for Deepwater Artificial Lift Systems and Product Development Engineer for Electrical Power Systems, focusing on high-voltage solutions for demanding offshore environments.
Jeff holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Oklahoma State University and is an EIT-certified professional. He is also a published author and inventor, with multiple patents related to ESP technology, including radial support bearings, torque transmitting couplings, and high-voltage connectors.
